Some Information on our new Procedures to Keep our Patrons and Employees Safe

First and foremost, our thoughts are with our guests during this outbreak. Our main priority is to continue to make sure our guests feel comfortable and safe at Alessia's Ristorante Italiano.

This letter is to address our sanitation safety commitment to our valued guests. Please be assured that guest safety is our highest priority. We will continue to meet the highest level of food safety and sanitation standards set by the Arizona Health Department as well as the highest standards of cleanliness at our restaurant including:

  • Reservations will be capped at no more than 10 people.

  • All Staff will be equipped with masks and gloves

  • Tables sat will be spaced so that groups are at least six feet apart.

  • Groups sitting at the bar will be encouraged to space out at least six feet.

  • More sanitizer stations in the restaurant and kitchen. This will allow our service team to sanitize more often.

  • All menus will be sanitized after use by the guest.

  • We will continue to educate our employees and maintain the highest level of sanitation.

  • Our entire team understands that using sanitizer is not a substitute for washing hands with soap and hot water.

  • Multiple times an hour, we will continue to clean and sanitize every surface our guests may have come in contact with; e.g. door handles.

  • We will continue to provide single use paper towels in our restrooms.

  • Restrooms and common spaces will be cleaned and sanitized at all times.

  • Tables, benches and chairs will be completely sanitized in between seating's, before opening and after close.

At Alessia's, safety of our guests is our number one priority.

We encourage our customers to follow the CDC's preventative guidelines.

Take Out Business will continue on as always. Gift Cards are available on-line for purchase.
